The two graphs describe the relationship between computer ownership with percentage of population and computer ownership by level of education. The first graph shows the relationship between computer ownership with percentage of people from year 2002 to 2010. There is always an increase in computer ownership as the percentage of people keeps increasing gently every two years. It can be observed that every year there is an increase of 5% of the population. Starting with roughly 55% in 2002 till 75% in 2010, with 60% in 2004, 65% in 2006 and 70% in 2008 approximately. Now, coming to the second graph, it indicates the relationship between computer ownership by level of education. It gives data for the year 2002 and 2010. It is evident from the graph that irrelevant to the level of education, percentage of population ownimg a computer is always greater for the year 2010 as compared to 2002. Moreover, it can be observed that the percentage increases as the level of education increases. The lowest percentage can be seen for no high school diploma and highest for postgraduate qualification for both the years.
