The bar chart sketches out information relating to the percentages of people owning computers by education level between 2002 and 2010. Overall, as can be seen from the chart that the figures for computer ownership were increased in both 2002 and 2010. Additionally, postgraduate qualification had the highest rate in 2010 in comparison with others. In 2002, the rates of both those who own a computer and have no high school diploma and high school graduates were about 15% and 35% respectively. During the same period, there was about 55% in the percentage of people have college. In a similar year, about 70% was seen in the figure for people have bachelor’s degree, while there was a higher percentage by 5% in the rate of the postgraduate qualification in comparing to that of bachelor. Subsequently, in 2010, computer ownership had increases to about 42% and 65% orderly in the data of both computer owners have no high school diploma and high school graduate.
