Overall, There was a steady dip in the percentage of population of computer ownership throughout the years, while a drastic change was seen in computer purchaser level of education in 2010 contract to 2002. Initially, In 2002 the percentage of computer ownership was below 60 percentage and grew substantially over the year reaching it peak at approximately 75% in 2010.
