There was a upward trend in computer ownership between 2002 and 2010. Also, the percentage of computer ownership by education level in 2002 and 2010 rose significantly. The percentage of computer ownership increased gradually during the period. In 2002, nearly 60 percent of the population owned computers. The percentage of computer ownership continued to rise steadily from 60 percent in 2004 to approximately 70 percent in 2008. In 2010, the percentage of computer ownership was nearly 80 percent. There was an upward trend in computer ownership by educational level as well. For people with no high school diploma, 15 percent of people had computers in 2002, while the percent rose to 40 percent in 2010. Likewise, the percentage of other education level surged significantly from time to time. Also, the higher the education level is, the higher percentage of computer ownership is.
