The given graph Compares three kinds of meat and fish taken in a certain European country over a period of 25 years. It is clear from the graph that chicken meat was the preferred meat at the end of the given period. it's consumption saw an upward trend with few fluctuations whereas lamp meat which was slightly above chicken declined slowly throughout the stipulated time. However the patronage of fish remained fairly stable over the 25-year period. In the first year, 1979, beef meat was popular among the given products. it was leading the other products with a just over 200 grams per person per week. lamp and chicken followed with 150 and 140 grams per person per week respectively. Fish recorded a little over 50 grams per person per week. beef and lamb meat dipped substantially in 1984 with a figure of 175 and 120 grams per person per week respectively. Lamb meat continued to fall steadily to nearly half of it's initial figure in 1979. However beef meet considerable rised to approximately 200 grams per person per week and then levelled off in 1987 after which it dropped slowly till 2004 with roughly 120 grams per person per week. In contrast chicken meat saw a gradual increase with multiple fluctuations to a peak of 250 grams per person per week before becoming stable in 2004. Finally, the consumption of fish remained relatively stable with a drop of roughly 10grams per person per week.
