From the graph, it’s clear that there is dramatic fluctuation of gym membership in male than female. At the beginning, there was just over 2000 member which significantly rosed up to 4000 in 1985. The number of male member was less than the female in 1995 with around 1500. There was the highest rate of male around 2005 i. e. 5000. Then, it plummets to less than 1000 after 2010.
Female member was lower in compared with male starting with 1000 at first, then doubled by 1991. There was equal number of male and female at around 1992 and 2000. In 1995 and 2006 there was the highest number of women member with nearly 3000. And, then fluctuated in between. After, 2010 the women having gym membership was greater than men.
In conclusion, there was up and down with the change in membership in both gender.
