On a quick view we can see how every meat consumption started above de 150 grams per person every week except fish and all meat consumption had decreased over the years, except the chicken which had a pretty relevant increase. Let's move on with the beef, this meat started with the most grams per person, but around 1982 there was a significant decrease, then it almost reached the 250 grams in 1984 when the constant decrease started all throughout 2004. Nextly the lamb experienced a similar decrease but the most grams consumed per person were 150 and it dropped to nearly 50 grams. And lastly, as I mention before the fish has always been the one with the lowest consumption, it started above the 50 grams per person and had a poor decrease in the range of 1979 to 2004. Overall most of the meats shown in the graph had a notable decrease over the years in a country in Europe.
