The chart shows the comparative analysis of the monthly expenditure of a family in USA on three essential items of any household in 4 months consecutively. It can be seen that the expenditure on food does not show any regular trend as it was 500$ in january and increased a little near to 600$ in february but then starting declining as seen in march that is less than 500$ and then finally decresed down to approx 350$. The expenditure trend of gas is also irregular showing ups and downs but we can see a significant rise in spending over gas in month of april though the amount spent on food was very low. The trend in clothing is irregular as well but there has been a significant rise on spending on clothing in month of february and april as compared to their prevous years that are january and march respectively.
