Overall, it can be seen that in the initial years the households were rented accommodation on the higher side, but trends changed in the end year of the graph; was that the households were owned accommodation was increased drastically. In the initial year that is 1918, the households were rented accommodation was 87% higher than the households was owned accommodation was 22% with the difference of 65%; the rented accommodation was always on the high level till 1961. In 1971, it was the first time that both the households were rented and owned accommodation at 50% on the same level without any difference. From 1981 there was a constant increase in the households was owned accommodation than the households was rented accommodation till the end year of 2011 with the difference of 27%
