The graph illustrates that average emission of carbon dioxide(CO2) per person which is used by five countries of Europe from the year 1967 to 2007.
The graph clearly provides the information that Italy was ranked the highest one in terms of growth of carbon dioxide gas emission about 8 metric tonnes in the year 2007 followed by Portugal where it has increased from about 1. 5 metric tonnes to about 6 through out the years.
However, in United Kingdom emission has slightly decreased from about 10. 5 to 8. 5 metric tonnes while in Sweden it was rising initially but in the end of year 2007 emission of gas has decreased. Earlier in 1967 gas emission was about 8. 5 metric tonnes. Now it was found about to 6 metric tonnes.
Overall, average emission of carbon dioxide rapidly increased in the Italy and Portugal between the year 1967 to 2007, whereas it got reduced in Sweden and United Kingdom during the years.
