In contrast, the bar chart compares the quantity of people who are engaged in this sport event between males and females over an 88 -year period. An overview of the line graph shows that the Olympics experienced an upward trend in the number of participants in both men and women over the period conducted. Specifically, from 1924 to 1984, this sport competition witnessed a gradual increase in the number of competitors, rising 2000 people for each 28 year. Nevertheless, the Olympics organized in 2012 rose significantly from 7000 in 1984 to 11000 citizens participating. A glance at the bar chart demonstrates that the quantity of sportsmen and sportswomen involved in the Olympics went up from 1924 to 2012.
