The line graph illustrates the average amount of daily traffic volumes in London with three types of transportations: car, bus, and underground. Overall, the amount of people travelling during the day fluctuated greatly and all types are shown to reach peaks at 8am and 6pm. Moreover, the underground is the most popular type of transport. From midnight until 6am, all three forms do not change much, apart from a sudden soar in the underground from 0 to approximately 0. 75 million people. After hitting a high at 8am in the morning, the traffic volumes fall down, fluctuate until 4pm. During this time of the day, the underground and bus level off gradually, staying at about 5 million at 4pm, while cars reach a peak of 0. 5 million people at 2am. The volumes then suddenly increase, with the total peaks at 3. 5 million, underground and bus rise up to nearly 2. 5 million and 1 million respectively at 6pm. Then, the three drop at 8pm, with 1, 5 million for the total and around 0. 5 million for both underground and bus. All forms then decrease slightly at 10pm.
