The bar graph illustrates the proportion of entrepreneurs of total workforce in 5 major nations, throughout the years 1998 and 2008. It is evident from the graph that, out of all the nations with almost 66% self employees Turkey topped the list, while the last position was held by Russian Republic by having only a tiny fraction in the year of 1998. Whereas, there is a noticeable difference between the proportion of workers with own enterprises in countries Slovakia and Czech Republic 7% and 12% respectively. However, the proportion in Greece was relatively higher followed by Turkey over 40 % in 1998. By 2008, there had been recorded significant decrease in the percentage of self employed workers in Turkey by 12%. However slight incline could be seen in the proportion of countries Russian Republic and Slovakia by 3% and 5% alternatively. Whereas, in Czech Republic the figure rose steadily at 12%, but proportion declined considerably and stood at almost 39%. Overall, it can be assumed that, Turkey had highest proportion, while Russian Republic had lowest percentage of entrepreneurs in both years.
