The graph below shows the number of university graduates in Canada from 1992 to 2007. Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features and make comparisons where relevant. You should write at least 150 words. Writing task 1

The line graph provides us with information on the proportion of female and male students that graduated from a university from the year 1992 till 2007. The volume of female graduated was recorded to just below one lakh in 1992 and increase by 10 per cent in 1995. From then on it experienced a slight decline curve for three years, which improved from 2000, where it reported a steady upward trend and appears to be soaring with till the brick of the recorded period. While the figures for female graduates come across as remarkable, this is not the case for male students. The number of males who have graduated from university is documented to at 70000 during the beginning of the recorded stint. Male grad students have endured severe fluctuations in their volume and have exemplified an upward tendency after the early 2000s. Overall, it appears that females received surplus education than male students in Canadian Universities.
