Overall it is clearly seen that, the number of graduates, both females and males, increased significantly over the 15 years time period. In addition to this point, the number of females student who graduated from university is more than the number of the males for every year of the years from 1992 to 2007.
Starting with the females figures, the number of graduates was merely under the 100, 000 in 1992 while it reached almost 150, 000 in 2007. After reaching approximately 105, 000 graduates, number of graduates declined by 5, 000 with 100, 000 in the year 1998. From this point, the figures of graduates increased significantly for the next years.
The figures of male graduates, it was almost 70, 000 in 1992, while it reached approximately 95, 000 in 2007. Throughout 15 years, the numbers fluctuated with the lowest point merely above 70, 000 in 1998, and after 2001, the figures rose by almost 20, 000.
