The line graph depicts the graduates both male and female from Canada universities from the year 1992 to 2007. Overall, trend shows a rising trend in both male and female number of students.
In the year 1992 male graduates were just 70, 000. Whereas, female students were one lakh. Although, an increasing trend was observed for next four years, yet in the following years after 1996 observed a decreasing number in students till the year 2002. Thereafter, the number of graduates started to incline again and reached the peak in the year 2006 being almost 1, 50, 000 female graduates and 1, 00, 000 male.
Female number of graduates were more in comparison to male candidates in all the years. Although, the number of graduates was less in the year 1992 it rose and then witnessed a downfall till the year 2000. However, it rised again and reached the highest point in the year 2006 for both male and female students.
