The line graph gives information about how many reading materials borrowed from library by female students and male students at Starmouth Schoo over a 4-year period from 2009 to the present. Overall, what stands out from the graph is that there has been an upward trend in the quantity of books read by female students. Although it has been less than males in the first 2 years, the figure for books read by girls has risen steadily and never fallen during 4 years from 2009 to 2012. According to the chart, the figure of books read by girls has increased dramatically from 2010 to 2012 and reached the highest level in 2012, about 140 books.
