This bar-chart shows rates of employees, in per cent, in male and female in the period between 1995 to 2005 in 6 states. It is clear from the graph that the men always higher than women. According to what is shown, men get the higher percentage in every country like 1995 in Australia we have 55%, Switzerland by 75%, Iceland with 70 percent, United Kingdom 55 per cent, New Zeland by 60 percentage and USA by 60%. Then, that rise in 2005 by 70% in Australia, 80% in Switzerland, Iceland by 83 percent, UK by 72 per cent, 70 percentage in New Zeland and America by 70%. While women was, in 1995, 18% in Australia, 55% in switzerland, 40 per cent in Iceland, 55 percent in UK, 25 percentage in New Zeland and United States of America by 45%. That rise in 2005 by 40% in Australia, 68% in Switzerland, 51 per cent in Iceland, 62 percent in UK, 40 percentage in New Zealand and USA by 60%. To sum up, we could say that in genral men higher than women and that normal and the women rates rise quickly than men.
