It is argued, that many caretakers are unable to maintain balance between their personal and professional lives. It is due to the inflation and people should make a suitable time table and live life less materialistic then they can divide their time between work and family. In this modern world, the prices of all services such as education and medical have reached on peak, in order to provide all the facilities to offsprings and other family members people have to look for more money while the time of competition makes it impossible for people to complete and forced them to work for longer hours as a result their work life balance have been disturbed. It could be said that the quench for more make people money minded and have created a society materialistic People can be tackle this problem by leaving unnecessary desires, everyone in this century wants to become more successfull and luxurious life than their relatives and knowns, if people will give up to this stupid thinking and try to live their real life then they may get victory over this situation. They also can use timetables to program their vwhole day works by following it they can manage their time for example in europeon countries people make shedules prior to work which they said allow them to spend quality time with kids and life partener. in conclusion, guardians have to manage all the expenses in this inflative century, they might get some time for personal lives by making prior schedules.
