The chart compares the number of different four houses erected in the United kingdom from 2012 to 2020, and the expected number for 2022. In 2012, most of the houses made were detached, which were 2200 and further increased gradually to 2800 by the year 2016. This figure Is predicted to reach 2200 again by the end of the period. In between the years 2012 and 2020, there was a gradual decline in the number of semi-detached houses from 2000 to 1500, however, 300 more houses are estimated to be made in 2022. While the numbers declined from 1600 to 1400 during the first two given years, the number of terraced houses remained same for two years. With a further decline of 400, these houses are likely to become remain the least preferred type in the future. Flats' numbers increased and are forecasted to increase significantly from 1000 to 2800 during a time period of 11 years with a change of 1800. Overall, although the number of manufacturing houses decreased except flats and detached houses which was remain constant over the given time.
