In January, the number of people who call for information was the biggest of the three types with about 900 individuals, prevailing the group of 800 customer who chose to contact over email/letter. The ones who met the office in person was recorded to be the smallest portion with only over 400 people.
In June, the number of people making enquiries directly saw a significant growth, preceded the number of enquiries by mobilephones and emails in late February and the 15th March respectively. Contacts through letters and email ended up the least to be made at the end of the period, hitting a low point of under 400 people and remained unchanged till June.
