The graph illustrates the number of queries received by the Tourist Information Office in one city for over a six-month period in 2011. Overall, the office got inquiries from the people in person or by Telephone. A very few people sent a letter or an email to the Tourist information office. Telephone queries fluctuated between 800-1000 for the first three months(Jan-March). However, the number of questions was consistent from March to April and then peaked at 1400 queries in the month of May followed by Jun, Transport office got 1600 queries. A few people followed the method of sending queries through email or letter. Initially, in the month of Jan, 800 emails were received by the transport office, which suddenly falls to 500 in the month of April and remains constant for the month of May and June (300 Queries). In the month of Jan, very few people required at transport office in personally(about 400 inquiries). However, the trend changes and it tends to be increased from the month of Jan to Jun, received more than 1800 queries, more than 50% of the first month.
