Generally, on the growing trend is directly communication which is in person and by telephone. At first, in person flow is inreasing monthly from 400 to over 1800. Seconly, by telephone trend is peaking in the beginning and inclining until June. In the other hand, reaching customer through letter and email is decline from below 800 to almost 400 in six months duration.
