The graph below shows the amounts of waste produced by three companies over a period of 15 years. 7282
The line graph demonstrates how much waste was produced by three companies during a period from 2000 to 2015.
As is illustrated by the graph, companies A and B had a downward pattern. Company A started at the highest point of over 12 tonnes of waste produced in 2000. After that, it fell gradually, finishing at approximately 8 tonnes of garbage made, which was the start point for company B in 2000. This organisation waste production experienced significant rise, peaking at around 10 tonnes in 2005, before plummeting to 3 tonnes in the last year of the period shown.
When it comes to company C, it started the lowest overall, at 4 tonnes of rubish made in the beginning year. Over the period, that amount went up, and in 2010 it doubled. By 2015, it increased to around 10 tonnes of waste, therefore outnumbering other two companies.
Overall, it is evident that companies A and B became more socially and ecologically responsible during the 15-year period, and that can’t be said for company C which inversed this trend, ending with the most waste produced.
