Overall, Germany was the leader due to its spending during the given period, while Austria started from the lowest level and passed Italy at the end of the period. Firstly, the millions consisted of 30 in 1995, rising slowly, and reached 40 million dollars. It standed stable the bexts 3 years, After that stability there was a sharp decrease, peaking about 70 million dollars. That burden was approxim 50-55, they went samely untill 1997. However, Money was increasing without any fluctuation untill 2005, reaching its highest poiny about 75 million dollars. Italy is the only country which spent less money than previous years, declining from 55 to 50 million dollars in 1999. The following years, this proportion went up and standed at 62, in 2005.
