The graph below shows population figures for India and China since the year 2000 and predicted population growth up until 2050

A glance at the graph provided striking differences between the amount of population in India and China during the period from 2000 to predicted 2050. It is evident that, figure of India saw a considerable increase and likely to grow significantly, whereas the population of China peaks minimally and is bound to even out. Increasing from approximately 1 billion of China's citizens in 2000 to 1. 3 billion in 2010, the number of people in China then boomed to 1. 4 billion in 2020. This is bound to remain steadily, with the population in the country will have levelled off approximately 1. 4 billion by 2030.
