The graph gives the information about how much money a city council give to book club over a 4-year period. It's also shows how many book club members there were in city. In year 1, the council gave £20, 000 for book club and there were 6, 000 club members. Between year 1 and year 2 there was a slight increase the amount of money that the council gave. However, in the same period, the number of book club members decreased slightly, between 6, 000 and 5, 000 members. In year 3, the council spent the increase dramatically. It in £40, 000. There were also sharp rise in the number of book club members, 10, 000 members. In year four, the council gave to fell again by £5, 000. However the amount of book club members reached a peak of 12, 000. Generally, there was a upward trend in a number of book club members and the amount of money that the council gave that was less in year 4.
