These pictures show how making cherry jam in the factory. Indeed, these are a brief description of making cherry jam process. Overall, the process of produce jam is not so complex. There are 9 main stages in this process beginning with picking up cherries and ending with sticking label on the jars. Firstly, workers will spread a sheet on the ground right where tree grew up. After harvesting, cherries are transported to the factory where other stages are continued. Next, the leaves and stems are took. In next stage, the product is washed. Then the stones is removed. Also, after the stones are separated cherries are mixed by extra ingredients such as lemon juice, sugar and pectin. After that, a worker check product for quality. Finally, the jam is put into jar and a label is sticked on the jar.
