The bar graph compares the stock market prices for four companies in the technology sector between the years 2011 to 2016. As illustrated from the graph, Apple has witnessed a significant fluctuation in its stock prices over the period when compared with the other companies. It started out with the price being 5000 dollars approximately in 2011, witnessing a sharp rise to 34000 approximately in 2012 and taking an equally dramatic plunge by 2013 to stand at 7500 dollars approximately. Over the course of the next three years, the trend continued to the rate reaching at just over 5000 dollars in 2016. The graph regarding the other companies were much tamer in comparison. While Facebook started off with approximately 7500 dollars and continued upwards to gradually reach 20000 dollars at the end of this period, Yahoo was the only company to witness a downwards graph starting at 7500 dollars and finishing off at 2500 dollars for a share. Google was the only company to remain unaffected throughout the entire period, between 2011 to 2016, starting and ending with 1000 dollars approximately per share.
