The Bar graph illustrates the average income in the Republic of Ireland among five different decades from 1968 to 2008 with predictions for 2018. Overall, the earnings have gradually increased since 1968 till 1998 after which it witnessed a marginal fall during 2008. Further, it is predicted that the annual earnings for 2018 would increase significantly. As illustrated from the graph, the average earnings for the country in 1968 was just below 8000 dollars which gradually increased to nearly double at 15000 dollars in 1998. Following which, there was a marginal decline in the earnings in 2008 when the numbers dipped to 14000 dollars approximately. It is further denoted by the graph, that by the year 2018, this number is expected to shoot up and will eventually stand higher than ever, at 20, 000 US dollars approximately.
