The line graph gives date about how many people were owned their private home in four various nations between 1980 and 2000, during the period of 20 years. Overall, Korean and Japanese people which was owned their home showed a noticeable fluctuation during the whole period. Moreover, the same index in Britain saw a significant growth. It is also clear that home ownership in USA remained unchanged. Looking into details, the rate of home ownership in Korea which was about 5% initially, experienced a sharp increase to just above 45% between 1980 and 1990 but this figure declined to 25% in the second half period. However the opposite pattern could be observed in the case of Japan declined from 40% to 10 % during the period of 10 years before increasing to 20% between 1990 and 2000. Similarly the same index in Britain underwent a marginal rise from just above 20% to approximately 40% over the whole period. If we look at the other country USA, its figure remained steady at 15% during the two decades.
