The given pie chart compares that how many percentages of student, who were studying in England, could speak more than other language along with English, in 2000 and 2010. Overall, German language was remained same popular in both years, with 10%. in 2000, the highest spoken language by student was Spanish, whereas the least language was German and two others. In 2010, Spain language came first in the list, which was also in 2000 year, with peak percent of person can speak, while the lowest was three such as German, remained same per cent in as past, another language, no other language. To embark, first pie chart, it can be seen that most of learner did like to speak German and percent 30 %.
