The device consists of two levels. the lowest level is built halfly under the water so the wave can go inside and create wind from its movements. there are two openings for this level, one for air to be blown up to the second level on the other hand one for ventilation to provide a path for wind coming from the upper rrom. On the second floor, which is set above the water level, a double turbine device is placed exactly in the middle of the room which divides it into three parts: Two same sized seperated rooms on the left side, each contains one turbine engine and another chember is on the right. unlike the first floor, ventilation is set on left side to get wind from outside while the other opening on right to expel the air. When the wind of the first floor blows to the large room on the second floor, the lower turbine moves, while the air from the outside goes from upper small room to chambre then flies down to the first floor and moves the higher turbine. Basically, the stronger the wave is, the stronger the wind is and will create a larger output. Hence, it is more efficient to place these machines far from coast to get bigger waves, though it needs large budget, rate of energy production is also high.
