The given line graph and bar charts represents total spending on watching movies within three various ways, which are Cinema tickets, DVDs and from authentic downloads for the year of 2005 to 2011. It is seen clearly from the line chart that most money were spent on cinemas rather than other methods to watch movies. In 2005, tickets cost around 8$ which increased steadily and hit the figure of 14$ in 2011. Whereas, prices of DVDs also increased after facing slight decline of 2$ for the year of 2007, which was 8$ in 2005, after that it further inclined calmly hitting more than 8$ total cost in the year of 2011. Legal downloaded films cost little less than of DVDs which had also followed up trend as other two categories, rose to 8$ from 6$. In 2005, people chose to hire DVDs, amount was more than double compared to that of who went to cinemas, which was one third of total percentage. However, both going to theatres and renting had fallen as online streaming of films gained popularity in year 2011, acquiring total of around a quarter portion. overall, throughout given time period downloaded movies made its place in the market, on the other hand, DVDs and cinemas decreased their worth in minor way.
