The given line graph compares the percentage of people who used internet in USA, Canada and Mexico between 1999 to 2009.

The given line graph compares the percentage of people who used internet in USA, Canada and Mexico between 1999 to 2009. Overall, it is clear that all the countries showed a significant increase in the number of internet users. However, Canada and America had the similar trend with few differences although Canada had traversed USA in terms of internet user by the end of the period and attained the highest percentage. Mexico, on the other hand, despite growing, could not attained considerable percentage in term of internet users. In 1999, the percentage of internet users in USA, Canada and Mexico stood at 20, 10 and 5 percentages respectively. From 1999 to 2003, in Canada, the number of internet users rose dramatically to around 50% and crossed USA. However, despite the steady growth, USA could not match the numbers with Canada until 2004 and followed by the year of 2007 Canada and USA had the same internet users. In 2009, Canada, the percentage of internet users reached a peak of 100%. Mexico, since the beginning, had the consistent growth until 2001 and after that, it rose significantly until 2005 and became steady at the end of the period
