The given drawing illustrates how chocolate is manufactured in a variety of stages. From an overall perspective, it is obvious that the process involves ten main steps, beginning with collecting cocoa beans and the liquid chocolate is produced in the final step. As can be seen from the diagram, the process commences with the harvest of ripe red pods from cocoa trees which are grown in South America, Africa and Indonesia.
