The given graph depicts the places of Scotland where the permitted emission rules of 40 units of nitrogen dioxide per cubic meter of airspace is being violated. Overall, the major violation of norm takes place in the Hope street, Glasgow whereas Meadowside, Dundee emits the nitrogen dioxide up to the legal limit. It is evident from the graph that Hope street, Glasgow emits more nitrogen dioxide than the legal limit by 25 units followed by St John's street where emission is 60 units. Fifty-five units per cubic meter of nitrogen dioxide is released in the Seagate, Dundee. There is a minor difference of 1 unit between Wellington street and Lochee street in the total emissions. On Union and Queensferry road same limit of emission takes place of 46 units. Probing further, it can be seen that 45 and 43 units of nitrogen dioxide is being emitted in the Atholl street and Whitehall street respectively. West Bridge street, Market street and Main street emissions are slightly more than the norms. The area that does not break the emission limit of nitrogen dioxide of 40 units is Meadowside, Dundee.
