Firstly, the clay needed to make bricks is dug up with the help of digger. Then the dug clay is spread on the metal grid and placed above the roller. After that, sand and water is added to the clay and this mixture is either poured into mould or gone into the process of wire cutting to produce bricks. Following this, the bricks are being dried in the drying oven for 2 to 3 days. Consequently, the dried bricks are heated in the kiln at moderate temperature (200 degree to 980 degree) and then at high temperature (870 degree to 1300 degree) respectively. Next, they undergoes the cooling process in the cooling chamber from 3 to 4 days. Finally, the bricks are packed and delivered to the final destinations by the truck.
