The flowchart illustrates the production of coloured plastic paper clips in a small factory. Write a report for a university tutor describing the production process.

The process chart states the preparation method of plastic paper-clips of different colours in a small industry. Overall, there are five steps to create plastic paper-clips starting with molding the molten plastic and ending with packaging of produced product and distributing it in the market. To begin with, the molten plastic is poured into the three different moulds which provide three different colors- Red, Yellow and Blue as per the requirement. Then a machine based strength checking is initiated in quality control desk. The pieces which does not meet the criteria of required strength are rejected and the pieces which qualify in the test are further separated by the workers of the factory into two groups- Mixed coloured clips and Single coloured clips. Again a quality control checking is placed in the fourth step to ensure that the clips are divided properly into their groups. Finally the paper-clips are packed and dispatched out of the factory.
