The diagram illustrate the working of a process by which bread is made.
As depicted, Bread production is a fairly uncomplicated process beginning with water, sugar and ending up with bread is ready for used, and the manufacture is multi stage including about six steps.
The initial step starts with pouring two main materials namely warm water and egg into the yeast to activate the yeast. The fist mixture then moves to the next phase that provides more water to the bowl including flour and sugar which in the second mixture is called “ dough “. Following this, the dough is kneaded for ten minutes until it becomes smooth and shiny. Afterwards, the dough is leaved to rise in a warm place for 1 to 3 hours before being kneaded again in a few minutes by punching down to release air. The production comes to and end with the mixture put in the oven 200 celsius for about 10 to 15 minutes and become a bread ready for use
