The given two chart shows the reults of a survey which sampled a cross-section of 100, 000 people asking if they travelled abroad over a period of time and the second chart shows their destination over the same period of time. We can see that number of people in the year 1998 have travelled more and in the year 1995 least number of people have travelled. There is always a gradual increase in the number of people travelling to other country for a holiday or a business meet or a visit to friends and relatives. There has been slight increase and then decrease in the number of people travelling for other reasons in the same period of time. From the second chart we can see that maximum number of people have travelled to western europe and a very small number of people are seen travelling to North America and other areas. People travelling to Western Europe in the year 1998 is maximum. We can assume from the given data that the people are on a vacation or for a business meet.
