The diagrams represent a development of the town of Langley from 1910 to 1950 which has removed and constructed buildings. By 1910, the townhouses were built on two opposite sides of Jordan street. Press on two sides of Sherman street was a store, laundry, cafe, and gray townhouse, while the area behind the store and laundry was used as wasteland. On the left side of the wasteland was a factory. The opposite side of the store and laundry was a cafe while behind the cafe was used as railway worker’s cottages and the left side of it was wasteland, while the bottom of the diagram was Railway line. The next 40 years, Jordan street and Sherman street were still the same but they are connected. The new lane was constructed and connected to Sherman street while the Railway line had been demolished. On the other hand, Townhouses on the left side of the diagram in 1910 were built as flats in 1950. The center of the diagram in 1950 was built as Sherman park with a little area for children. Across the new land, three stores were built. On the top of diagrams Sherman mansions had replaced the factory in 1910. The laundry and cafe are still there but change the area.
