The presented graph illustrates Internet users as the proportion of the population in 3 nations: the USA, Canada, and Mexico over the period of 10 years starting from 1999. Overall, it is noticeable that the proportion of people in 3 nations who used the internet went up significantly between 1999 and 2009. In 1999, the percentage of internet users in the USA was the highest, at 30% approximately. This was followed by the figures for the share of internet users in Mexico and Canada, at about 10% and 20% respectively. In 2005, the rate of the population of internet users in 3 nations experienced an upward trend. Internet usage in both the USA and Canada jumped into around 70% of the population. whereas the figure for Mexico just grew to about 30%. By 2009, the percentage of internet users was the greatest in Canada, it can be seen that almost 100% of people in Canada using the internet. The following one was the USA which rose moderately to about 80%. The last one was Mexico, there was a slight rise to 40% in the proportion of internet users in Mexico.
