The diagrams show vividly the comparison of present and planned development of a company. Comparing with the present that entrance and reception are placed in the southeast of the company, they will be relocated in the middle front in the plan. Without changing the numbers of offices, the 4 smaller size office that placed on the left hand of entrance in the present will be extended to larger offices, with 2 set each side of the entrance, and another 2 set at the far left end of the company opposite the reception, as a replacement of Kitchen and Canteen area. Stock Room, will be maintained in the plan, whereas it’s nearest WC is about to be removed, so as the entire east wall. The Grass area that take up east and west side of the outside of the company presently will be replaced by Outside activity Area and Meeting Area with Coffee Machine respectively. On the whole, it will be more functional design in the planned than present.
