The diagrams below show the stages and equipment used in the pulpmaking process and how pulp is used to produce paper Ky1D0
The first picture depicts how pulp is produced and the second diagram outlines the process of making paper.
According to the first diagram, it is clear that to produce pulp, people combine three basic materials which are heated and then turned into pulp. The process begins with the combination of 20 percent softwood, 40 percent water, and 40 percent chemical compounds which is entered and heated in a pulp digester machine. After that, the machine will produce the final pulp.
In the second diagram, it is apparent that there are four distinct stages to make paper. In the first step, the pulp is spread on the fine screen. At the following stage, they are passed to the drying roller, with moisture being eliminated. Once it is ready, the pulp is going through an iron machine for ironing. In the last step, the completed paper is rolled up into a giant reel.
