Overall, canning is a complex process. It consists of numerous steps starting from catching of fishes and culminate into the dispatching into supermarkets. In the initial step, catching of fishes is done. After that, catch fishes are kept in stores and are freezed. Then stored fishes are unloaded and in next step there weight is checked. Before cutting the fishes into big pieces, they are thawed. In seventh step, big pieces are cooked under steam. Then cooked fishes are kept for cooling. After cooling, fishes are cutted into small pieces. In the following step, canning is done in which brine, water or oil is added. Then canned material is sealed. After sealing, sterilization occured with the help of heating. Before storing of packed material, stamping or labelling is done. In last step, stored material is dispatched to the supermarkets.
