The diagrams below show the main reasons workers chose to work from home and the hours males and females worked at home for the year 2019. Summarize the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

The graph shows the major reasons of workers to work in home and the job duration between the gender in 2019. There were three main reasons which had chosen by man and woman workers, such as save the money, productivity, and childcare. Overall, both of gender, approximately 50 % decided to work from home to save money. The highest percentage of male's reason was to save money (45%). Then, to be more productive was about one fourth, and the lowest percentage (4%) was to get ease of childcare. In the contrary, female tend to choose easier childcare (about one fourth) than to be more productive (11%). But, the main reason of both was the same, to save money was about a half. The duration of work from home was different between men and women. Women who work with 10 hours per week was about 74%. In contrast, 81% of men worked for over 30 hours. Both of them worked in 10 to 30 hours were about one fifth.
