The flow charts demonstratre how the coffee produced by two ways, namely dry method and extract roasted coffee oil by mechanical expelling. It is clear from the diagram that there are 9 stages in parched situation which begin with collecting well-qualified beans by hands and end with packaging the product. Meanwhile, getting oil of grilled coffee start with roasting and end at filter step. Reagarding the dry production of coffee, the refined coffee is harvested and sieve to eliminate the dregs. Then, it takes 4 weeks to dry in sun. After a complete bask, coffee is racked and turned before being stored in silo. Afterwards, it is sent to mill and hulled before grading the quality. Finally, the coffee will be packaged into bags. Turning to the roasted coffee oil extraction, the green coffee is initially roasted in a reoaster chamber and subsequently moved to another cabinet by an elevator. Futhermore, it is put into a heating system where the steam is removed. Next, the condensed is moved to a press oil extractor to produce crude oil and the coffee dregs is ejected. At the end of the process, crude oil goes through the filter to get the final product which is called coffee oil.
