Percentage change in total crime arrests for persons under 18 by locality, 1995-1998.

The line graph presents data about the alteration of offense arrests for adolescents who are under 18 by residents, measured in percent per year in suburban, rural, and urban areas between 1995 and 1998, with one-year intervals. Overall, the rate of crime made by locality fluctuated gradually in the exurban zone, however, despite some fluctuations in the amount of crime apprehend for all three spaces, there was a decrease in the given period. At closer observation, in 1995, in the rural district, the rate of crime arrests contributed approximately 3% and in suburbs and city was less roughly 2% and 1% respectively. Furthermore, the number of people who committed crimes in out-of-town increased progressively and reached the biggest level in 1996. Then there was a rapid decline of around -2%, however, at the end of the year, the figure for arrested criminals among minors finished at 0%. Looking at the details, the proportion of criminal integer for rural and urban areas went up steadily after 1996. In 1997, in rural areas the number of crimes committed by minors was about 2 percent and 3% less in the urban area; nevertheless, the next year the former was 2% and the latter fell approximately 5%.
