You should spend about 20 minutes on this task. The diagram shows the production of circuit boards. Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant. You should write at least 150 words. Writing Task 1

The flowchart depicts circuit boards production. It allows flow in nine stages. Beginning from delivery of circuit board material and ending with delivery to factories. Firstly, the process begins with delivery of circuit board material moving ahead with the steps secondly, cutting and spraying with fire retardant. Then, cleaning is done of the circuit board. Thirdly, the automated IC attachment and soldering is arranged for circuit board. Thereafter, visual inspection and quality control testing is done by a person. The chips from rejected boards are thrown away and the selected goods are sent for final testing. If the product gets rejected in the final testing then a circular motion is followed which continues again from the third step, (automated IC attachment and soldering) till the final testing. After final testing the product is sent for packaging and finally it is delivered to the factories. Hence, the first three steps flow in straight line followed by, a circular flow in between if the products get rejected and then continuing to flow in straight line which is downward flowing.
